Shipping Policy

Dispatch & Processing Timeframes

We aim to get your order moving as quickly as possible.

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00pm AEST on business days are generally sent the same day, subject to stock availability and payment clearance.
  • Processing Window: Orders placed after 12:00pm, or on weekends/holidays, are processed the next business day.
  • Peak Periods: During promotions or high-volume times, dispatch may take 2–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the way.
  • Location: all orders are shipped from Australia.

 

Shipping Costs, Title & Risk

  • Shipping Calculation: Costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and the available shipping methods.
  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the customer once the item leaves our premises.
  • Insurance: Goods in transit are not insured unless the purchaser has pre-organised for insurance with our team.
  • Title of Goods: Ownership of the product transfers to the customer only upon full payment of all items and freight charges.
  • Free Shipping: Promotional free shipping may be offered from time to time for standard domestic shipping only and may be subject to a minimum spend.

 

Domestic Delivery & Tracking

  • Carriers: We use trusted carriers such as Australia Post and selected professional couriers.
  • Tracking: Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn’t updated in a few days or you have not supplied an email for tracking correspondence, please reach out to us—we’re happy to help you look into it.
  • Estimated Times: Metro deliveries typically take 2–5 business days; regional and rural areas may take longer.
  • Incorrect Address: If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for the full cost of any redirection or re-shipping fees.

 

International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

  • Availability: We ship to select international destinations as specified at checkout.
  • Customs & Fees: The customer is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees.
  • Compliance: Customers must ensure products comply with the laws of the destination country. We are not liable for customs delays or seizures.

 

Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels

If your parcel is marked “delivered” but you cannot find it, please take the following steps before contacting us:

  • Check your letterbox and around the property.
  • Ask neighbours or other household members if they accepted it.
  • Contact the carrier directly for delivery confirmation or GPS coordinates.

Missing Items: If it is still missing after these steps, notify us ASAP so we can assist with a carrier investigation.

 

Damages & Claims (The 24-Hour Rule)

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged:

  • Notification: You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Evidence: You must provide clear photo evidence of the damaged goods and the external packaging before the package is opened.
  • Storage: Keep all packaging materials and damaged items until the claim is resolved.

 

Force Majeure

So Simple Solutions Pty Ltd is not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, or major network disruptions.
